The truth, we were as shocked as anyone else to learn of Housecheck’s decision to close their business, the same day that they were closing. In retrospect clarity, team culture, and care haven’t been prioritized for a while and it may have led to the mismanagement of, what was, a great company. The mediocraty is what inspired Chance Bradford to do something different.
At the beginning of 2025 Chance began laying the ground work to launch Reliable Inspections of Texas to better manage the employee and client experience. Chance recognized a missed opportunity to serve the real estate agent partners on a deeper level and is prepared to offer something “next level”. He is ready to execute.
The decision to begin our Journey as Reliable Inspections of Texas was an easy one. We are ready for this!
